Her daughter Chelsea O’Donnell has been located by the police and is safe in their custody," her rep told Us Weekly late Monday afternoon.  According to TMZ, Chelsea and her dog Bear were found by authorities in Barnegat Light, a town located on the Jersey shore, roughly 130 miles south of Rosie's home.
