On Monday, March 13, the Harford County Sherif’s Office arrested Joseph Albert Ashley, 30, and charged him with murder and other offenses in connection to the death of Angello Osborne last year. According to a sheriff’s spokesperson, on April 12, 2022, investigators were called to the 100 block of Reider Court in Edgewood, where they found Osborne suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
